1. How do I change my profile picture?
A. Sign in to your Healthdate.com account.
B. Click the "Manage My Photo" link in the "My Profile" section in the Sidebar on the left of the screen.
C. Select a photo from the "Uploaded Photos" section by clicking on it.
D. Click the "make this my profile picture" link in the "Selected Photo" section.

2. How do I delete my profile picture?
A. Sign in to your Healthdate.com account.
B. Click the "Manage My Photo" link in the "My Profile" section in the Sidebar on the left of the screen.
C. Select the photo you want to delete and click the "delete" link.

3. How can I chat with another Healthdate.com user?
A. Sign in to your Healthdate.com account.
B. Find the user you would like to chat with and access their member page.
C. Towards to the top of the screen under the main menu there will be a profile picture of the user you have selected. Underneath their profile picture is their activity status. If the user is online, you will be able to click on the "Chat" button or the link "online now - click here to chat". If the user is not online you will be unable to chat with them.

4. How do I change the criteria of the people I am interested in connecting with?
A. Sign in to your Healthdate.com account.
B. Click the link "Edit Profile" in the "My Profile" section of the sidebar on the left side of the screen.
C. Under the section heading "Edit Profile" towards the right side of the screen, click on the link "About My Match".
D. Change the criteria and when all finished press the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.

5. How can I obtain and use credits?
A. Credits are not available at this time.

6. Why doesn't my photo upload?
A. The photo you are attempting to upload may be too wide or too tall. Currently a photo can be no larger than 3500px by 3500px.
B. The photo you are attempting to upload may be too large. Currently a photo can be no larger than 15 MB.
C. You may have exceeded the maximum number of photos per photo album. Currently a photo album can contain no more than 120 pictures.

7. Do you have to be single to join?
Definitely not. Healthdate.com is intended to help everybody be more healthy and happy. Whether you are single, in a relationship, or married Healthdate.com can connect you with other like-minded people who embrace healthy living.

8. How can I make my photos private?
Healthdate.com offers three different privacy options for photos: public, friends only, and password protected. To change the publishing status of a photo:
A. Sign in to your Healthdate.com account.
B. Click on the "Manage My Photo" link in the My Profile section on the left side of the webpage.
C. Select an uploaded photo by clicking on a photo in the "Uploaded Photos" section on the right side of the webpage. The selected photo should now appear in the "Selected Photo" section on the left side of the webpage.
D. Finally click on the "Publishing Status" list box in the "Additional" seciton and select the desired option.

9. How can I change my password?
Sign in to your Healthdate.com account, click on the Edit Profile link in the My Profile section on the left side of the webpage, click on the link Change Password just below the main menu towards the top right of the webpage, and follow the instructions.

10. What can I do if I don't remember my password?
If you cannot remember your password, click Sign In in the main menu bar, click the "forgot password" link, and follow the instructions.

11. What are my subscription options?
To view the subscription options, sign in to your Healthdate.com account and click on the "Subscribe" link in the main menu. If you do not have an account yet, sign up for a free account by clicking on the "Join" link in the main menu.

12. What are gifts and how can I use them?
Gifts are special digital acknowledgments of birthdays, other occasions, or just to say, “Hello.”
You can buy Gift credits or earn Gift credits. Credits can be purchased under the "My Credits" section.

13. How do I block a member?
A. Sign in to your Healthdate.com account.
B. Locate the member you wish to block.
C. Click on their account to load.
D. Click the link "Block" near the top of the screen just below the main menu.

14. What are chat lobbies?
Chat lobbies (or chat rooms) are places where Healthdate.com members can talk to other members with similar interests. To enter a lobby:
A. Sign in to your Healthdate.com account.
B. Click on the link "Chat" in the main menu.
C. Select a lobby from the list of rooms on the right side of the webpage.

15. How can I delete my personal messages?
A. Sign in to your Healthdate.com account.
B. Click on the link "My Mailbox" .
C. Click "Delete" on the right hand side of the message you wanted to delete.

16. How can I play games?
A. Sign in to your Healthdate.com account.
B. Click on the link "Games" in the main menu.
C. Select the game you want to play.

17. What are Polls?
Polls are questions posed by members OR Healthdate.com. These questions are usually related to the content of the site, i.e. issues relating to dating, meeting people etc. Polls are slightly different from blogs because there are a limited number of possible answers to choose from. Poll results would be displayed when you vote.

18. What are Moderators?
Moderators are individuals (or groups of individuals) who look after the posts from day to day. They have the authority to edit or delete posts and lock, unlock, move, delete and split topics in the forum they moderate. Generally, moderators are present to prevent users from going off-topic or posting abusive or offensive material.

19. What are Preferences?
Using the My Preferences page, you can customize many settings found in Mailbox, Search, Mass Mailing, etc.

20. How do I save a member to favorites?
A. Sign in to your Healthdate.com account.
B. Locate the member you wish to block.
C. Click on their account to load.
D. Click the link "Bookmark" near the top of the screen just below the main menu.

21. How do I drag my components on my profile?
A. Sign in to your Healthdate.com account.
B. Click on the link "My Profile" in the main menu.
C. Select a component's header.
D. Keep the mouse button pressed and drag the component to somewhere else then release the mouse button.

22. How do I delete a component on my profile?
A. Sign in to your Healthdate.com account.
B. Click on the link "My Profile" in the main menu.
C. Click on the [x] at the component's header.


23. How do I post on the forum?
A. Sign in to your Healthdate.com account.
B. Click on the link "Forum" in the main menu.
C. Choose the forum section. Make a post by clicking the "Post" or the "New Topic" button

24. How do I add a birthdays?
Birthdays of today and tomorrow are automatically displayed when you click the "Birthdays" button.

25. How do I make someone my friend?
A. Sign in to your Healthdate.com account.
B. Locate the member you wish to be friend with.
C. Click on their account to load.
D. Click the link "Send friend request" near the top of the screen just below the main menu.

26. What is send a profile to a friend?
A. Sign in to your Healthdate.com account.
B. Locate the member you think your friend may be interested.
C. Click on their account to load.
D. Click the link "Send a profile to a friend" near the top of the screen just below the main menu, type in your friend's email address and hit "Send".

27. How do I unsubscribe?
A. Sign in to your Healthdate.com account.
B. Click the "Edit My Profile" link in the "My Profile" section in the Sidebar on the left of the screen.
C. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Profile Unsubscribe" .

28. How do I cancel a recurring subscription?
CCBILL subscription
Subscriptions through our new payment processor, CCBill, can be cancelled on their CCBill Member Support Page
We DO NOT have the ability to cancel or alter your subscription - you MUST do that through the CCBill Website!

To access or cancel your subscription, you'll need TWO of the following:
- Email used at signup.
- Credit Card number used for signup.
- Subscription Number

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
  5. Click Cancel, Cancel automatic billing, or Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
